Independent Review Organization (IRO)

MBS performs Annual Claims Reviews and Reports, required by the Office of Inspector General (OIG), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, for laboratories that have entered into Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIA).  These reports are accepted and approved by the OIG.

Have your legal representative contact MBS if you have entered into a CIA.  The OIG has a requirement that will not allow the preparer or implementer of a compliance plan perform the required annual claims review and report.
